2nd Annual Rooster Blog Party

Barb at Bella Vista is holding a ROOSTER blog party. I have many roosters and hens of various materials. Fabric, glass, metal, and real ones!! Wish I could show them All!

thanks for stopping by and leaving such a nice comment.. I was torn with all the red dishes too, but I've had these and just don't know if I want to trade them in on the newer model!! Your salt and peppers are wonderful. And I love those crocheted hotpads. They are works of art.

I love your roosters, I have more too than I posted, quite a few are still packed from our move last year..I nver get tired of my roosters, they are comforting to me for some reason. I will gladly take those blue and white ones off your hands lol.
Do you have a Doxie..I see you profile pic is a doxie. We have one, his name is Halo and he is a short hair red 8 years old..

You have a nice assortment of roosters here. I didn't show all of mine, either. And I don't keep mine out all the time- they only come out occasionally. I love your crocheted potholders. I remember them from when I was a kid- the grandmothers had them. I don't imagine they protect too well against the heat, but they are cute. I bought some that look like doll clothing to use as part of the gift wrapping for a baby shower gift. Too funny that you were just here in Dayton for the ham radio show. I didn't know that they also held a flea market during the same time. Maybe I'll check it out next year. Great book you found.
